Colony By the Sea condominiums have had a FACELIFT! New siding and deck refurbishment has been done...looking great...strong HOA. This is a very well-maintained, updated condo! When seller purchased in 2012, this condo already had many updates. Since their ownership they have updated the following: HVAC 2014, Hall Bath 2015, Hot Water Heater 2016, and Microwave 2017. When they purchased, they thought they had to have an oceanfront unit but there wasn’t a viable option available at the time.
