The condo was completely renovated, down to the studs, replacing everything except the HVAC (new in 2019) and fireplace. Since this was going to be our personal space, and not a rental, we selected nicer finishes, custom accents, and quality, high-end furniture pieces and fixtures. Everything in the condo has function and style, and the fit is perfectly appropriate for the space. Finally, Duck Blind Villas itself is a very friendly community, and we have made friends here. It is nice to come down and visit with other owners and feel part of a community."
