There also is a door opening to the parking area under the house. Load and unload without being rained on! The middle level has the front door to the main foyer and central hall which have ceramic floors. Two bedrooms are queen suites with private baths. They have slider doors opening to the middle decks. The third queen bedroom shares a pass through bath with the bunk room. As you arrive to the upper level, you find a very large great room with many windows and doors out to the wrap around porch, which result in a bright and warm room. The kitchen area has linoleum floors and a counter island, which can seat 4. The counter tops are wood edged laminate. The dining area seats 8 to 10. The dining area's linoleum floors make it easy to clean any spills. At the end of the dining area, there is a slider door leading to a screen porch which now has a full sized picnic table.
