This is a beautifully remodeled property located on an OCEANFRONT parcel that is shared with only 3 other units. Unlike most crowded condos, Casual Cove consists of 2 buildings, with two units in each building. Unit D is one of the front buildings, the adjoining unit faces east. (Ocean view pictures are taken from THIS unit.) There is a large, shared oceanfront pool with the beach directly in front. Unit D has had a major renovation in the last three years! The upstairs was reconfigured to open up the living space to enlarge the living area, it was painted, new carpeting was installed on the top floor, living room furniture was replaced, granite counter-tops added, and custom plantation blinds added upstairs! The 3 FULL bathrooms have been remodeled; two with tiled showers! The upper & lower decking have been replaced, the outside shower was relocated & rebuilt, and a new hot tub was added. There is a new, (May 2016) washer and dryer, (conveniently located on the mid level with all the bedrooms) and the HVAC system was replaced (air handler & heat pump). The association refinished the surface of community pool, and upgraded the pool decking, walkways & oceanfront decking during this time period also. The HOA dues cover flood, wind & fire, as well as liability on the common grounds and also the water for the 4 units so there is not a water utility for the homeowner. Each owner has a 1/4 ownership of the land, which is great and not typical. There are parking spaces located under the home with additional space in the parking lot. Excellent rental due to the care of the property and the location.

At MP 21 / Oceanfront, 2 buildings, this is the building on the right and the front section of that building. Look for the Blue Tall Large Casual Cove Mailbox. A much quicker route would be to take Hwy. 12 and enter the South entrance to S. Oregon Inlet Road.
