You can't beat the views from this Rodanthe oceanfront under $300k. There are 4 bedrooms and two full baths on the first level. The top level is open with vaulted ceilings in the dining area and family room and it includes the kitchen, half bath and laundry area. This home was damaged from storms in 2019 but several repairs were just completed in July after a recent home inspection. This area experiences ocean over wash which requires sand removal but the home is priced accordingly.  It’s not a bad trade off when enjoying such amazing views of the beach. Chez Scov ll is late getting back into the 2020 rental season but has been popular with guests in the past.
