One flight of stairs to climb and you will be greeted with your own private gated deck outfitted with new poly-wood outdoor furniture. The owners are constantly improving: just installed new carpeting, linoleum and freshly painted bedroom, new living room sofa, love seat, end table and coffee table, two flat screen T.V.'s and T.V. stand, ceiling fan, new kitchen stainless steel appliances, new kitchen faucet, new recessed lighting, new bathroom cultured marble vanity, new faucet, new lighting, new washer and dryer, new mattress and new patio furniture.
