A perfect beach home for a family that wants peace and quiet but easy beach access. Sit on the wrap around porch and enjoy the huge live oaks that offer both shade and privacy. The entire gound level is enclosed . It is currently a garage and rec room but offers lots of potential. The main level has hard wood floors in all areas but the kitchen and master bath. The master bath was remodeled in 2020 and features a creamic shower and a free standing tub. The kitchen floor was replaced in 2020 as were the kitchen appliances, sink faucet and countertops.
