This is a doll house - enter the sun room with lots of windows and Andersen doors, the tile floor is so pretty, great room is wide open with combo dining area and "inside" washer dryer in a closet off the dining room, the counter tops in the kitchen are quartz and the back splash looks like glass, it is really pretty. This house is clean as a whistle, bathroom and laundry room plumbing redone and shower hardware replaced in 2017, cultured marble bathroom countertop. The bathroom is pretty cool, has a black light at the top of the ceiling when you turn the light off and then it has a remote that will play music when you push another button while you are in the shower, there is a sun deck off the back bedroom with a sitting area. The 2nd bedroom is a good size also with 2 windows. The flooring and walls are in great shape, smudge proof stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, upgraded kitchen lighting. Harbour Breeze ceiling fans in all rooms. This house has been used "very gently". Under the carport is a very nice sitting area and in the back is a patio area. The back yard is totally fenced in for privacy - there is a storage room on the Side of the house for all your needs. New HVAC in 2017. Sold fully furnished with exclusions (mostly artwork and antique pieces - see associate docs for list of exclusions) but most furniture that you will need to live in this house stays. Very easy to see, come and take a look. Very easy to see - bought as a "2nd" home but seldom used.
