Roof, windows, HVAC system including duct work were replaced in 2018. Refrigerator and range were replaced in 2018. Washer and dryer were purchased in 2018. Termite and pest inspections are performed each year. Home has not been in a rental program. Spacious living room and ample deck out back provide plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining. Chimney cap was installed in 2021 but wood-burning fireplace has never been used by the current owners. There is also an attic with pull-down stairs for extra storage. Voluntary annual home owner's association fee of $30 gives owner one ocean front parking permit, one vote per household in elections, annual fall picnic, and sound access.

Heading south on the bypass, turn right on Avalon, left on Elizabeth City, right on Suffolk, and left on Franklin. Home is on the left.
