Amy Acres is a cu-de-sac subdivision running from the Atlantic Ocean to The Currituck Sound in the southern end of Duck, just past the Georgetown Sand condos as you drive north on Rte 12, and just before you get to the Four Seasons subdivision. Amy Acres consists of roughly 23 lots on the north side of Plover Dr. All of the lots measure between 15,000 and 20,000 sq ft in size, which is large enough to have a private in ground pool in the yard. The north half of the ocean front is home to the Duck Blind Villas condos.
