Northpoint is a small subdivision of 25 lots stretching form the ocean to the sound. There is an active Home Owners Association and an HOA fee is collected to maintain the private roads, the indoor pool, 2 tennis courts and the ocean and sound accesses. Northpoint is located in Duck just north of Carolina Dunes and south of Wild Duck Dunes.
