Osprey Ridge is a 19 lot subdivision on the westside of Rte 12 in Duck. Situated on the sound side of the road, Osprey Ridge does not have it's own dedicated beach access. There is no active home owners association and no HOA fees. The road is private, so when repairs are needed, all the owners will have to help pay for the repairs. You can find Osprey Ridge just past Sea Hawk and just before Amy Acres in the southern part of Duck.
