Enjoy endless ocean views from the second and third levels and sound views from the loft in this comfortable and inviting house that is located on a huge road-to-ocean lot. It has been meticulously cared for with many updates. Roof was replaced in 2011/12 along with 3rd floor windows, 2nd floor oceanfront windows and interior trim around all of the windows. Also, the vinyl siding was replaced with water-proof wood material, painted, and new soffits. Owner's closet was expanded to approximately 8' x 12'. Upper deck was replaced and enlarged in 2013 and hundreds of feet of sand fence installed to grow the dunes. In 2 years, the dunes increased by 3 feet at the oceanfront.
