Ground level, baths and living area have LTV flooring. The HOA fee covers the expenses: utilities, taxes, insurance and weekly cleaning.This fee is $385 monthly. Owner weeks rotate forward one week every year. Two back to back weeks occasionally occur. Owner may bring pets and the units may be rented. Segment 9 is the unit offered for sale. Friday is turnover day. Linen service is not offered. 2026 weeks are 5/8, 8/7, 10/30, 12/25, 2/12/27
